Abstract
|
|
|
Small cell carcinoma of cervix is rare and aggressive tumor. Incidence of small cell carcinoma of cervix is 1% to 6% squamous cell carcinoma of the uterine cervix. The five-year survival rate of this tumor is about 0% to 17%. The small cell
carcinoma of
the uterine cervix is highly malignant and the prognosis is poor due to frequent metastasis and recurrence.
We experienced two cases of small cell carcinoma of cervix and report with brief review of literature.
